Our Founder

Chéla S. Wallace

Chéla Wallace is an education consultant, STEM strategist, and school founder with nearly two decades of experience designing innovative K–8 programs nationwide.

As the inaugural STEM Director for one of the largest charter networks in New York City, she led initiatives serving 8,000+ students, integrating robotics, data science, curriculum design, teacher development, and grant‑funded innovation.

Her leadership continues to shape national conversations on creativity in STEM, equity‑centered learning, and the future of education. Solace Rose is a return to her home community, bringing brilliance, purpose, and possibility to the next generation of young women.
